Shipping & Pickup

All orders ship from Judy Fedora Shoppe in Calgary, Alberta. We currently offer shipping within Canada.

Shipping Rates

  • Calgary: $10 CAD per order

  • Rest of Alberta: $15 CAD per order

  • Rest of Canada: $20 CAD per order

Shipping charges are added at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Please allow extra time during holidays or service disruptions.

For special shipping requests or inquiries about shipping outside Canada, please contact us before placing your order.

All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Our pieces are vintage or pre-loved and may show signs of age, wear or imperfections. Please review product descriptions, measurements and photos carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about an item’s condition, contact us before placing your order—we’re happy to help.

Shipping Issues

Once your package is with the carrier, delivery is outside our control. If your package is delayed, missing or damaged in transit, please contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
